2. Eligibility to participate in Self-Growth: By agreeing to the following points, you confirm that you are eligible to take part in our self-improvement program.

 

2.1 Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations when using our services.

 

2.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under 18 and still wish to participate in Self-Growth, then you have confirmed that you have obtained permission from a parent or guardian and that they are monitoring your use of our services. Firewave is not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of the services without proper supervision.

3. Client Responsibilities:

3.1 Personal Commitment: You agree to actively participate in Self-Growth activities and programs offered by Firewave for your personal development. Engaging in these activities will help you make the most of our services and achieve your personal goals.

3.2 Community Standards: You agree not to disrupt the community. Any behavior that undermines the community's integrity, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or any form of abuse, will not be tolerated you also agree to the rules of the discord server for Self-Growth. It's important for you to be mindful of your actions and contributions you are responsible for your conduct and its impact on others within the community. Firewave reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of your account, if you violate these standards.

3.3 Respectful Conduct: You agree to treat all members of the Self-Growth community with respect and courtesy. This includes but is not limited to refraining from using harsh or inappropriate language. Constructive and positive interactions are essential for maintaining a supportive environment.

3.4 Discord Community Rules: By joining the Self-Growth community on Discord, you also agree to adhere to Discord's terms of service, community guidelines, and rules. Any violation of Discord's policies will be considered a violation of Firewave's terms, and appropriate action will be taken.

 

3.5 Cooperation: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about yourself to us, as this will enable us to provide effective guidance. You understand that the end results are dependent on your active participation and the effort you put into doing the work.

 

3.6 Resource Usage and Copyright: All resources shared with you, whether paid or free, are the sole property of Firewave and are protected by copyright laws. You agree not to share, distribute, or resell any resources you have purchased or accessed from Firewave with anyone who has not originally purchased or accessed them directly from our website or discord server. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.

 

3.7 Confidentiality: You acknowledge and respect, that all the information shared during coaching sessions, whether personal or professional, is treated with the utmost seriousness and confidentiality by your coach. While your privacy is paramount, it's crucial to understand that your coach may need to disclose information in rare cases where there is a genuine risk of harm to yourself or others, as mandated by legal or ethical obligations.

4. Limitation Of Liability:

 

4.1 No Guarantees: While we strive to provide valuable coaching services, we make no guarantees regarding the outcomes or results you may achieve through our self-improvement program. Your success is dependent on various factors, including your commitment and actions.

4.2 Disclaimer: Our self-improvement program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our coaching services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of our services is at your own risk.

 

4.3 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent allowed by law, Firewave and its team (including affiliates, directors, employees, services, and agents) are not responsible for any damages that may result from using our self-improvement program. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we were warned about the possibility of such damages. By using our coaching program, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.

5. Payment Terms:

5.1 Access to Self-Growth: Joining our self-improvement program is free. However, the program includes in-program purchases for certain resources and materials.

5.2 Paid Resources: Some resources, such as books and planners, may be offered for free or for a fee. The cost of these resources will be clearly indicated within the program.

5.3 Refunds Policy: All sales of resources are final. It is your responsibility to carefully review all information about the product before making a purchase. Firewave does not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

Third-Party Content: Firewave may also incorporate third-party content into its services, such as images, graphics, and text.
